You’ll work directly with paying customers to improve adoption, ship impactful automations, and work alongside Weeldi team members to define and implement the processes and tools that scale a high-quality customer experience. You will impact decisions that shape Weeldi and gain first-hand experience with the trade-offs of building a growing and profitable SaaS company.
What.
We’re hiring a Problem Solver to help us deliver, automate, and scale up an unparalleled customer experience.
In your daily role, you’ll respond to customer service requests, build customer-directed automations (using our Weeldi Automation Studio), proactively monitor and repair customer automations, interact directly with customers via video calls, interact w/ all Weeldi team members, and work from first principles to drive actions that improve the quality and scalability of the Weeldi support function. This also includes spec’ing and testing product enhancements, introducing and implementing new technologies, creating documentation and training videos, and keeping score of your work against our core values.

Over-communicate: Communicate frequently, thoroughly, and affirm (never assume) through the most effective tool (e.g. written, video, audio) for delivering the desired outcome —irrespective of personal comfort levels.
Think at scale: Not everything must scale on day 1, but there must be a referenceable plan into how it could/will scale in the future.
Location and Timezone: Remote only, International OK, Americas business hours preferred.
Bonus Skill (not required): ReactJS is a huge plus for additional responsibilities.
