    Our client, a national leader in commercial and industrial refrigeration and HVAC, is hiring a Construction Refrigeration Foreman in Virginia Beach, VA.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead, train, and mentor the project crew of journeymen and apprentices

    • Serve as lead technical resource on assigned projects

    • Track schedules, control job costs, and report on job status

    • Keep labor hours in line and request change orders as needed

    • Build relationships with customers, GCs, and subcontractors

    • Enforce PPE, vehicle safety, and installation policies

    What You Bring

    • High school diploma/GED or trade school; college a plus

    • 5+ years in commercial building construction or a related trade

    • Strong knowledge of construction practices and labor hour management

    • Clear communicator who can delegate and follow through

    • Comfortable with email, Word, and project software (Projectmates)

    • Good driving record

    Full-time. Background check, MVR, and drug screen required.
