    Our client, a national leader in commercial and industrial refrigeration and HVAC, is hiring a Refrigeration Construction Supervisor in Virginia Beach, VA.

    What You'll Do

    • Help manage the installation P&L for a geography and ensure project profitability

    • Plan and coordinate installation projects: materials, permits, schedules, manpower forecasts

    • Report on job status and make sure customer expectations are met

    • Build strong relationships with customers, GCs, and subcontractors

    • Hire, onboard, coach, and manage foremen, journeymen, and apprentices

    • Drive safety, PPE use, and compliance with installation policies

    What You Bring

    • High school diploma/GED or trade school; college a plus

    • 5+ years in commercial construction or a related industry

    • 2+ years as a foreman or other supervisor

    • Labor hour estimation, forecasting, and P&L experience

    • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

    • Comfortable with email, Excel, dispatch and ERP software

    • Good driving record

    Full-time. Background check and drug screen required.
