We're looking for a dependable, hard-working Spray Tech who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to grow with a company that will invest in them. This role directly impacts our ability to take on more work, reduce our backlog, and grow the business. The right person won't just fill a position — they'll make the whole operation stronger.
What You'll Be Doing
Performing resurfacing and coating work using rollers, brushes, and sprayers
Managing job sites from start to finish with a focus on quality and efficiency
Making sound, informed decisions on-site and communicating them clearly
Working at a sustained, physically demanding pace across extended shifts
Carrying materials (up to 50 lbs) including up and down stairs
Assisting teammates when jobs require extra support
Representing Alternative Resurfacing's standards of professionalism and craftsmanship on every job
What You Bring
Required:
Reliable personal transportation
Strong communication skills — you listen well and speak clearly
Ability to use hand tools and work at a physically elevated pace for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs, including navigating stairs
A critical thinking mindset — you assess situations and act with good judgment
Basic Hand tools, Palm sander, Power drills
Preferred:
Previous experience in apartment maintenance or unit turns
Painting experience with rollers, brushes, and/or sprayers

Starting Pay After 90 Days
No maintenance or painting experience
$17.50/hr to $18.50/hr Some maintenance or painting experience
$18.50–$20.00/hr reviewed after 90 days
