    The Opportunity

    We're looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who can step in and own residential installs from start to finish. This isn't a role where everything is already figured out for you. We're growing, and we want a lead who takes pride in their work, wants to help set the standard for how we install, and is excited to develop our helpers into future leads. The right person will be rewarded for helping us grow.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead residential HVAC replacements: furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits

    • Replace water heaters (tank, and tankless if you know it)

    • Own every job start to finish, including handling any changes on the job

    • Run the job site and direct and develop your helper

    • Install equipment to manufacturer specs and local code, including ductwork modifications, line sets, brazing, gas piping, and low-voltage wiring

    • Start up, commission, and test systems to verify proper operation

    • Leave every home clean and walk homeowners through their new system

    • Help build and solidify our install processes and standards

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, including leading installs independently

    • Water heater installation experience

    • EPA 608 Certification

    • Strong communication skills with homeowners and your team

    • Comfortable using a phone-based field app (we use Housecall Pro)

    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Tankless water heater installation experience

    • Experience training or mentoring helpers

    Pay

    $35 - $45 per hour
