The Role
This is a hands-on Branch Manager role. You’re running the operation—sales, warehouse, inventory, and customer experience.
You set the tone. You build the team. You own the results.
What You’ll Own
Full branch operations: counter sales, warehouse, inventory, and delivery coordination
Hiring, onboarding, and developing a strong local team
Driving revenue growth in the San Jose market
Inventory accuracy, turns, and replenishment execution
Building relationships with contractors, service shops, and local accounts
Creating a culture of urgency, accountability, and teamwork
Solving problems in real time and keeping operations tight
What We’re Looking For
Branch management or leadership experience in plumbing, HVAC, or wholesale distribution
Strong understanding of contractor needs in a fast-paced market
Ability to lead from the front—this is not a sit-back role
High ownership mentality—you don’t pass problems, you solve them
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, driven, and results-focused
