RS-COUNTER SALES ASSOCIATE
About this role
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to contractors and walk-in customers.
- Invoice material, maintain open orders, purchase orders, and returned merchandise.
- Perform frequent inventory counts, adjustments, and order product into the store.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Be accurate in pulling orders and providing correct lead-times on ordered product.
- Follow through on your work and ensure that customers’ needs are resolved.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Receive product into the store and Restock product on the shelf.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback
