OG- SHOWROOM ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities:

Assist all clients with product selections for their Homes or Businesses

Gain a basic understanding of product knowledge and the latest designs in plumbing fixtures.

Work with Professional Interior Designers, Contractors, Plumbers and Home Owners.

Actively listen to the needs of our customers and apply solutions.

Follow through on your work and ensure that customers needs are resolved.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Requirements:

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
