About this role
Responsibilities:
Present, promote, and sell products/services to contractors and walk-in customers. Invoice material, maintain open orders, purchase orders, and returned merchandise. Perform frequent inventory counts, adjustments, and order product into the store. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Follow through on your work and ensure that customers’ needs are resolved. Oversee co-workers in your store, including hiring, promoting, and administrating. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Requirements:
Detail Oriented. Strong leadership and communication. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
