Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse and sales associates to exceed performance goals
Oversee all aspects of store operations including inventory management, shipping/receiving, customer service, and merchandising
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized store environment
Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues with urgency and care
Collaborate with outside sales and regional leadership on growth opportunities
Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and team performance
Enforce company policies and safety procedures
Identify and develop future leaders within your store
