About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with plumbing contractors, mechanical contractors, builders, and other industry professionals.
Conduct regular site visits to current and prospective customers to present and promote products.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate plumbing solutions.
Provide accurate pricing, quotes, and product availability information.
Collaborate with inside sales, purchasing, and delivery teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the territory.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and company training sessions as needed.
Maintain records of all sales leads, customer accounts, and activity reports in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in plumbing or related building supply industry.
Strong knowledge of plumbing supplies, fixtures, fittings, and industry practices is a plus.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
