Lead a High-Performance Team and Raise the Standard
About Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air
For nearly 65 years, Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air has built its reputation on quality work, strong service, and doing things the right way.
At Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air, we are not looking for someone to simply "manage" a department. We are looking for a leader who builds one.
This role is for an HVAC Service Manager who has already proven they can develop technicians, drive performance, and hold a high standard in a fast-paced residential service environment. You will be responsible for shaping the culture, performance, and results of our HVAC service team.
This is a field-driven leadership role. You will be in the trucks, in the homes, and in the day-to-day coaching of technicians. The expectation is simple: raise the bar and help people perform at a higher level than they thought possible.
If you are looking for structure without accountability, this is not the role. If you are looking to build something better and take ownership of results, this may be the right fit.

Why Reynolds?
We are a company built on accountability, respect, and high standards. We believe strong teams are built through consistent leadership, clear expectations, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
If you are a proven leader who knows how to raise performance and build strong technicians, not just manage schedules, we would like to talk with you.
