Personal Assistant / Operations
About this role
This role exists to bring order, structure, and follow-through to the owners’ day-to-day work and personal obligations. You will be responsible for managing calendars, emails, tasks, paperwork, and logistics so the owners can stay focused on high-level leadership and decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and maintaining both owners’ calendars with accuracy and foresight
• Navigating, organizing, and responding to email inboxes as directed
• Tracking, prioritizing, and executing tasks assigned by the owners across multiple businesses
• Handling paperwork, forms, documentation, and records with precision
• Coordinating meetings, travel, events, and logistics
• Following established processes while ensuring details are correct and complete
• Running errands and handling personal-assistant tasks as needed
• Communicating clearly with internal team members, vendors, and partners
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism

• High attention to detail and conformity (accuracy matters)
• Enjoys paperwork, organization, and task completion
• Strong mental initiative and internal drive—able to see what needs to be done and do it
• Comfortable managing multiple calendars and email inboxes
• Excellent follow-through and accountability
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Organized, dependable, and discreet
