Whether you are an experienced pelvic health clinician or newer to the specialty, you will receive meaningful mentorship, a steady caseload, and a work environment built for longevity—not burnout. ⸻ What Makes Luna Physio Different • 60-minute, one-on-one sessions — no double bookings, no chaos • Cash-based model with an average RPV of $182 • Clinical autonomy supported by collaboration, not micromanagement • Mentorship included, ideal for developing pelvic health specialists • Flexible full-time or part-time roles • Purpose-centered culture guided by TABA values ⸻ Core Responsibilities Patient Care • Deliver high-quality, 60-minute one-on-one pelvic floor and orthopedic evaluations and treatments • Create individualized care plans rooted in evidence-based practice and whole-person healing • Support postpartum, pelvic pain, incontinence, prenatal, and wellness-focused patients Collaboration & Culture • Participate in team huddles, case collaboration, and ongoing professional development • Demonstrate TABA values—authenticity, connection, accountability, gratitude—in every interaction • Contribute positively to a supportive, calm clinic culture Professional Growth • Engage in pelvic health mentorship and continuing education • Pursue personal development and clinical mastery within a high-integrity model • Uphold clinic standards of excellence and patient experience ⸻ Required Qualifications • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent • Active Utah PT license (or eligibility to obtain) • Strong desire to specialize or deepen expertise in pelvic health • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Alignment with TABA values and people-first care ⸻ Preferred Qualifications • Prior pelvic floor training or clinical experience • Familiarity with cash-pay or private-pay models • Comfort working autonomously within a supportive team ⸻ Compensation & Benefits • $40–$55 per hour depending on experience • Flexible schedule—full-time or part-time • No nights or weekends • $750 annual CEU credit • Paid time off • Pelvic health mentorship and specialization training • Employee wellness perks • Supportive team culture with group events and celebrations • Opportunities for leadership and advancement ⸻ Why This Role Matters The demand for pelvic health is rising.
