**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Engagement & Relationship Building**
* Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service.
* Assist clients through the buying, selling, or renting process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
* Manage client expectations and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Foster long-term relationships with clients through trust, communication, and consistent follow-up.
2. **Property Listings & Marketing**
* Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties for clients.
* Manage property listings, ensuring accuracy and timely updates across multiple platforms.
* Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create compelling property descriptions and materials for listings.
3. **Contract Negotiation & Closing**
* Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
* Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other closing procedures to ensure successful transactions.
* Guide clients through every step of the closing process with professionalism and care.
4. **Team Collaboration & Development**
* Work closely with the RE/MAX Peaks team to share knowledge, resources, and support.
* Contribute to team goals and attend regular meetings to ensure alignment with company goals and culture.
* Pursue ongoing professional development and industry certifications.

**Qualifications:**
1. **Required Experience & Education:**
* Active Real Estate License in Utah or willing to acquire an active real estate license in utah. Not necessary to have a license currently so long as the candidate is willing to acquire one.
* Proven experience in real estate sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
* Strong knowledge of the Cache Valley market or willingness to learn.
2. **Core Skills & Attributes:**
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
* Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple transactions at once and prioritize effectively.
* Familiarity with real estate contracts, processes, and industry regulations.
* Technologically proficient and comfortable with real estate tools and CRM systems.
