We are seeking a strategic and values-driven **CFO** to unify and elevate our financial strategy across the collective.
**The Role**
This is an opportunity for an experienced finance professional ready to step into an executive leadership role. As CFO, you will be the financial architect across multiple companies, responsible for shaping financial strategy, optimizing operations, and aligning fiscal health with long-term vision.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the portfolio.
* Design and implement consolidated financial reporting and KPIs.
* Support business leaders with performance analysis and strategic financial guidance.
* Manage internal controls, cash flow, and financial compliance across entities.
* Provide oversight on investment evaluation, growth modeling, and risk management.
* Play an integral role in capital allocation, including work with Crest Capital Partners.
* Build scalable systems and processes that support growth and cross-functional collaboration.
*Full time position meaning engaged in the day to day business activities for all the companies.
*Will help grow and expand all the businesses with strategic growth mindset and capabilities.
**What We're Looking For**
* 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or business operations.
* Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and budgeting.
* Experience in multi-entity or cross-functional environments is a plus.
* Background in real estate, healthcare, construction, or investment industries is beneficial but not required.
* High emotional intelligence, collaborative mindset, and strategic thinking.
* CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred but not required.
*Able to work with different leaders of each company interacting with different personalities
*Some flexibility in amount of time spent with periods of high intensity along and other times being able to disconnect completely
*Able to train a bookkeeper at a future date
*Stay up to date on tax strategy and building budgets
*Makes decisions quickly and is willing to move forward without all the information and then pivot when needed
