About this role
As a Home Building Project Manager or Field Team Member, you are at the heart of creating homes that families will live in, love, and grow within. You'll be responsible for overseeing or executing residential construction projects with excellence, efficiency, and care. From groundbreaking to final walkthrough, you’ll uphold quality standards and collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and the broader TABA team to ensure each home is built to reflect our values.
Responsibilities
Manage or assist with all phases of new home construction from lot prep to completion
Schedule and coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and suppliers
Ensure all work meets building codes, safety standards, and company quality benchmarks
Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, partners, and supervisors
Track timelines, budgets, and job site progress
Conduct quality control inspections and address issues proactively
Represent the TABA and Peaks brand with professionalism and pride
Key Skills & Qualifications
Residential construction experience preferred (framing, finish, site supervision, etc.)
Knowledge of construction timelines, permitting processes, and project sequencing
Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans
Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way
Self-motivated and accountable in both independent and team settings
Driver’s license and reliable transportation required
