As a Real Estate Agent, you are the local market expert, trusted guide, and advocate for your clients through every step of the home buying, selling, or investing process. Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
Conduct property showings, listing appointments, open houses, and negotiations
Build client relationships through genuine care, clear communication, and consistent follow-up
Advise clients with market insights, pricing strategies, and investment guidance
Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, and listing documentation
Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, title companies, and other agents
Maintain compliance with state and local real estate laws and licensing requirements
Consistently pursue personal development and stay informed on market trends
Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of integrity, candor, and professionalism
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable with technology platforms (MLS, CRM, email, social media)
Strong time-management, follow-up, and organizational skills
