The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly experienced Lead HVAC Installer who can independently run installations from start to finish and direct a helper. Most of our install work is residential, with some commercial, and rooftop unit experience is required. The more systems you've installed on your own, the better.

We're looking for a professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with customers, and can confidently manage installation projects.

For a limited time, qualified candidates are eligible for a $5,000 signing bonus.

What You'll Install

• Furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps

• Ductless mini-split systems

• Commercial rooftop units and split systems

• Boilers and tankless water heaters

What You'll Do

• Independently run residential and commercial HVAC replacement projects from start to finish

• Direct and task out a helper on each job

• Install equipment to manufacturer specifications and local code

• Perform copper piping, soldering, brazing, and ProPress work

• Wire and connect HVAC equipment, controls, and accessories

• Commission, start up, and test equipment and verify system performance

• Safely set and rig equipment using ladder lifts and crane-assisted lifts

• Complete installation documentation and educate customers on their new systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience, with a track record of running installs independently

• Rooftop unit installation experience

• Experience directing a helper on the job

• Strong knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems

• Comfortable operating ladder lifts and working with crane-assisted installs

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, basements, crawlspaces, mechanical rooms, rooftops, and outdoors

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial and residential boiler installation experience

• Tankless water heater installation experience

• EPA 608 certification

• Experience training and mentoring apprentices or helpers

Pay

$73,000 - $94,000 per year, plus a $5,000 signing bonus
