**Job Title:** Leasing Consultant (Greenville, SC 29615)

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday with some Saturdays required

**Location:** Based in Greenville, SC 29615

**Pay:** Starting at $20.00/hour + $150 per signed lease

**Overtime:** Available

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Leasing & Sales Consultant** to join our team. Some weekend availability as needed with the team. If you're a great communicator with strong organizational skills and a passion for helping people find their next home, we want to hear from you!

**What You’ll Do:**

* Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, or online platforms

* Schedule and conduct in person tours

* Assist applicants through the leasing process

* Follow up with leads and maintain prospect tracking

* Work closely with property management to ensure smooth lease execution

* Meet or exceed leasing goals

* Must reside in or near Greenville, SC 29615

* Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Tech-savvy with reliable internet connection

* Availability to work some Saturdays as needed
