As a Senior Account Executive, you won’t just sell policies — you’ll build relationships, provide education, and offer peace of mind through genuine care and strategic guidance. What You’ll Do1. New Business Development

Proactively reach out to prospects through calls, referrals, and networking

Quote and close new P&C and Life policies monthly

Build relationships that turn into long-term clients, not just quick wins

2. Client Relationship Management

Conduct annual reviews and identify opportunities to strengthen coverage

Offer clarity and guidance, helping clients make informed decisions

Be present during pivotal life and business moments — before, during, and after claims

3. Life Insurance Sales

Help families plan for the future by presenting tailored life insurance solutions

Confidently sell both Term and Permanent products with empathy and clarity

4. Book Ownership & Retention

Inherit an established book of ~$400K in premium once onboarding is complete

Deliver consistent follow-up, education, and support to ensure high retention

Partner with our Client Success team to maintain a seamless service experience

5. Team Contribution

Track and report activities regularly

Attend team meetings, trainings, and development workshops

Contribute to a culture of learning, support, and shared success

Compensation & Career PathBase & Commission

Monthly floor: $3,500 minimum

Advance: $1,000/month (ends after Year 3 or $1M book achieved)

P&C Commission: 8% new, 6% renewals

Life Commission: 40% Term, 80% Permanent

Annuities: 2% rollover

Book Inheritance

Inherit a ~$400K premium book once fully onboarded

Build on that with new business production and retention

Income Potential

Year 1: $68K | Year 3: $98K+ | Year 5: $116K+

Production Targets

Target: 6 new P&C accounts/month + 2 life apps or $2K LPC

Minimum: 4 new P&C accounts/month + 2 life apps/month

Retention & Reviews: Required to maintain renewal commissions
