What You’ll Do

Serve as a Trusted Advisor – Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their needs and help them protect their livelihood, assets, and future.

Sell. Not just for the sake of selling, rather to sell in order to serve people and help them protect what matters most.

Build Community Connections – Engage in marketing—attending events, networking, and finding creative ways to meet and serve potential clients (yes, golfing with clients counts).

Generate & Nurture Leads – Balance inside work (calls, follow-ups, proposals) with outside relationship-building activities.

Support Client Success – Prepare accurate proposals, ensure documentation is complete, and keep records organized so clients receive timely, reliable service.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Licensed or Willing to Learn – Property & Casualty license (or readiness to obtain quickly).

Type A – High drive and previous sales experience & success.

Relationship Builder – Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.

Growth and Performance-Oriented – Open to feedback, eager to improve, and hungry to achieve big goals.

Values-Driven – Integrity, honesty, and a servant mindset are non-negotiable here.
