Phone Screener / Recruiter

- follow a process to identify candidates that should be invited to a phone screen

- spend time on the phone with candidates and asking a handful of questions that will be prescribed, along with a gut check

- take notes on these calls

- eventually transitioning into more of an account manager role, interacting with customers to pass along final candidates after doing the screening

- be super personable
