I need someone who will help me to be more on top of all of the things that I need to do. I need someone who can help me to edit a podcast and post on social media, identify clips that would be useful to share. I don't need them to be good at video editing or anything because I'm just using AI for that. I would love somebody who will push back and be proactive on trying to make things better and won't wait to be told to do something. Or that they will, and that they will speak up without waiting for me to ask. I also need someone who can help hunt for good podcasts that I can go on as a guest that would be helpful to spread awareness on HireAligned. I also need them to be able to help me manage a CRM and update things and stay on top of people and potential deals, drafting emails, etc.
