What You’ll Do
●
Use provided technology to make 80+ outbound dials per day and drive 2+ hours of cold
call talk time
●
Schedule 1.5 qualified demos per day on average with a 66%+ show rate
●
Research and qualify target accounts using provided tools and your own insights
●
Work with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities
●
Maintain meticulous notes and activity tracking in the CRM
●
Follow up on inbound leads and turn them into qualified meetings
●
Continuously test and improve outreach strategies, email templates, and call scripts
What Success Looks Like
●
Consistently hitting and exceeding weekly meeting set goals
●
Contributing to pipeline growth through quality outreach
●
Demonstrating mastery of product messaging and objection handling
●
Maintaining CRM accuracy and up-to-date prospect data
What You Bring
●
6 months to 2 years of experience in outbound prospecting or a sales-related role
●
Strong written and verbal communication skills
●
Organized, self-motivated, and coachable with a desire to grow in sales
●
Experience using CRM tools and sales enablement platforms (a plus)
●
Familiarity with the digital advertising or martech space (a plus)
●
A team-first attitude and a bias toward action
