Sales Manager - Floor Coatings

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Lead a team of approximately 10 sales reps and drive expansion.

    •    Coach, develop, and grow your team to hit and exceed targets.

    •    Track and manage KPIs: average ticket size, profit margins, team close rates, and overall installed revenue.

    •    Drive local growth while fostering our culture of energy, innovation, and success.

What We’re Looking For:

    •    Proven leadership in in-home sales management.

    •    Experience scaling teams and hitting aggressive goals.

    •    Passion for coaching, motivating, and growing others.
