We're looking for an experienced journeyman plumber ready to step into a leadership role on residential and light commercial jobs. If you take pride in clean work, clear communication, and helping the next generation of plumbers grow, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
Lead residential and light commercial plumbing installs and repairs from start to finish
Manage jobsite workflow, delegate tasks, and mentor apprentices
Communicate directly with customers in a professional, solution-focused way
Deliver every job on time, up to code, and to Eagle Pipe's quality standards
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to keep work moving
Maintain accurate job documentation, materials lists, and service records
Represent Eagle Pipe with pride on every call, every job, every time
What You Bring
5+ years of professional plumbing experience
Active Washington State journeyman plumbing license
Proven experience leading jobs and mentoring junior team members
Strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of plumbing systems
Confidence to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
A calm, no-nonsense attitude and a commitment to doing the job right
