# **Sales Advisor – Driven Investments**

## **About the Role**

As a Sales Advisor at Driven Investments, you will speak with warm, qualified leads (no cold prospecting) and guide them through our proven consultative sales process. Your primary responsibility is to educate prospects, uncover their goals and pain points, and help them make confident decisions about working with us.

## **What You Will Be Doing**

**Sales & Client Acquisition**

* Hold 2–4 scheduled discovery/strategy calls per day with warm leads.

* Follow our structured sales script while personalizing it to each client.

* Identify client goals, pain points, and gaps in their current plan.

* Clearly explain investment options, retirement strategies, and our value.

* Confidently ask for the commitment and close the sale.

* Maintain 30%+ close rate (firm average).

**Follow-Up & Pipeline Management**

* Proactively follow up with leads via phone, SMS, and email.

* Track calls and notes in CRM.

* Move prospects through pipeline stages efficiently.

* Re-engage older leads when appropriate.

**Client Experience & Handoff**

* Set clear expectations for onboarding and next steps.

* Build trust with clients through simplicity and transparency.

* Seamlessly hand off new clients to servicing advisor with full context.

**Continuous Improvement**

* Participate in call reviews, training, and coaching sessions.

* Study objections and improve closing techniques.

* Learn industry knowledge to increase credibility.

* Share best practices with the team.
