Position: Host/Hostess
Location: The Beehive Pub & Grill
As a Host/Hostess at The Beehive Pub & Grill, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll ensure that every guest receives a warm welcome, is seated promptly, and begins their dining experience with exceptional service. This position also supports restaurant operations through light cleaning, order-taking, and dessert service.
Key Duties:
Welcome and seat guests in an organized and professional manner
Maintain the host stand, lobby, and entrance areas for cleanliness and efficiency
Accurately take and package takeout orders
Operate and manage our gelato station for dine-in and takeout guests
Communicate effectively with servers and managers to keep guest flow balanced
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment
Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
Previous hosting or food service experience is preferred, but not required
