There is not a meticulous process to follow. SDRs at AskElephant rely on individualized, one-off messaging for their prospects and accounts rather than sequences and templated prospects. Because we believe the future of selling is more human.

You’ll be given extensive autonomy in the way you sell, and given the opportunity to take ownership of your number. Whether that is by replicating the successful tactics of your team, or by finding what works best for you and defining your own outreach.

Rather than getting everyone in the door, the SDRs at AskElephant act as a filter.
We protect and prioritize the time of our AEs and our CSMs by filtering out the accounts that aren’t aligned with the outcomes we provide.
We also prioritize the time of our prospects, identifying whether we can support them and provide true outcomes before we ask them to take a demo and evaluate AskElephant.
Your role is ultimately to initiate trust with prospects, by helping them to accomplish specific outcomes that are relevant to their business. We sell consultatively - not transactionally.

You understand how effort correlates with pipeline, and how pipeline correlates to quota. You’ll chase and surpass quota, without needing inbound leads or support from marketing to hit your number.

You are an expert at relationships. You understand how to get a prospect from not knowing your name or anything about AskElephant to believing that we’re worth a discussion.
You understand how AEs take that trust and use it to close deals, and how CSMs validate it to expand those deals.
- Resilience
You are invincible. Not that you’re untouched when things go wrong, but that nothing that goes wrong can phase you. You refuse to let anything besides yourself define your output and what you’ll accomplish.
- Ownership of personal progression
Ownership doesn’t mean that you don’t ask for help, but it does mean that you are self reliant. You believe that at the end of the day, you’re responsible for your own outcomes.
You are responsible for spotting any gaps and limitations that hold you back, looping in leaders to help solve for those gaps, and working with them to find solutions.
