We're looking for an Experienced HVAC Installer who treats every installation like it's going into their own home — someone who takes pride in doing it right the first time, every time. What You'll Do

Full-System Installations: Execute complete HVAC installations — ductwork, electrical, refrigeration piping, and system setup — to code and to the highest standard.

System Commissioning: Test and verify every system before you leave, because "good enough" isn't in your vocabulary.

Customer Advocacy: Walk customers through their new system with confidence and professionalism, leaving them informed and impressed.

Tech-Forward: Document your work and job details in our CRM to ensure a seamless record for every customer.

Collaborate: Work alongside fellow installers, technicians, and office staff to hit deadlines and deliver excellence on every project.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years installing HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.

Technical Chops: Strong command of ductwork, electrical connections, refrigeration piping, and system setup.

Certifications: EPA Universal is a plus; NATE certification makes you stand out.

Clean Record: Valid CA driver's license and a spotless driving history.

Grit: Able to lift 75+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in whatever conditions the job demands — with a great attitude.

Flexibility: Available for occasional weekends and overtime when the team needs you.
