AirWorks is looking for the "Special Ops" of HVAC Service Technicians. As a Family Run, Mom Approved shop, we don’t do "band-aid" fixes. We’re looking for a Lead Technician who is a master of the craft, a diagnostic wizard, and a professional who takes pride in saving the day for our neighbors. What You’ll Do

Elite Diagnostics: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential systems to the highest industry standards.

Customer Advocacy: Provide homeowners with clear options and professional recommendations to improve their comfort and air quality.

Lead by Example: Maintain a clean truck, a professional appearance, and a "do it right the first time" attitude.

Tech-Forward: Document your work and photos in ServiceTitan to ensure a seamless customer history.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in residential HVAC service.

Certifications: EPA Universal is a must; NATE is a major plus.

Clean Record: Valid CA driver’s license and a clean driving history.

Flexibility: Ready for a fair on-call rotation to keep Ventura County comfortable.

Grit: Ability to handle attics, crawlspaces, and 50+ lbs with a positive attitude.
